Administrative body for African football, CAF has revealed the calendar for the interclub 2020/21 season. Member Associations (MA) are requested to register their representatives on the CAF Content Management System (CMS) guided by the following scenarios posted on the CAF official website.
Vipers SC for Champions League and KCCA for Confederation Cup are the representatives from Uganda. 2019/20 league titleholders Vipers SC were crowned when the league was ended due to COVID-19 thus a spot in the CAF Champions League qualifiers with the latter earning a ticket for the CAF Confederation Cup after a nomination from the FUFA committee.
Twelve MA’s, including Morocco, Egypt, Tunisia, DR Congo, Algeria, South Africa, Zambia, Nigeria, Guinea, Angola, Sudan and Libya in this order based on rankings posted on the CAF official website are entitled to two representing teams in both competitions whereas others will only engage one.
