Newly promoted side UPDF FC thrust Busoga United to the bottom of the table after a 3-0 blow.
With most games completed in matchday 1, Army side UPDF FC hassle a more top tier experienced Busoga to stand in the top position of the league table. Will UPDF keep this position as champions Vipers SC will face newcomers MYDA at home to conclude matchday 1.
Coach Kefa Kisala’s side launches its league campaign with a much deserved 3-0 win plus table top-spot. Half time came with both sides failing to log any goals but UPDF registered 3 later in the second half. The goals came from Brian Kayanja, Brian Kalumba, and an own goal from Douglas Muganga.
