Vipers SC 3 Points Behind Leaders URA At Half Season

Sloppy KCCA FC defence propels Vipers SC into 2nd place at the end of the first round of 2021/2022 Uganda Premier League season.

Peter Magambo’s controversial goal-line clearance goal made the difference at St Mary’s Stadium Kitende, URA Fc splashed 3 past Arua side Onduparaka Fc.

The mouth-watering encounter at St Mary’s Stadium Kitende saw the Vipers SC emerge victors. Charles Lwanga who has 7 goals in the last 9 games was replaced by Brian Ahebwa who started on the bench after corroding with Paul Willa in the middle of the park and was stretched off after sustaining a bruise on his forehead in the 21st minute.

St Mary’s Stadium Kitende side built stones on pavement continued hitting players, Sadat Anaku stretched Aziz Kayondo who hit his body on the side stone made pavement on the right side of the tuff and he received treatment from the medical team.

Fred Kajjoba’s Vipers SC couldn’t extend the lead but kept holding on to One Nil till full time. Dangerman Shaban Muhammed came in for Ceasor Manzoki in the 85th minute after a long lay off from injury and fans can’t wait for his services in the second round when he is fully fit. In Arua URA Fc splashed 3 past Onduparaka Fc, Steven Mukwala scored 2goals and is now on 9goals and is league top scorer. URA Fc, Vipers Fc, Express Fc, and Police Fc believe can win League silverware.
