Arua Hill’s 1-0 victory over Tooro United earns them a FUFA Big League whereas first-timers, Gaddafi FC frustrate Proline FC to book a Premier League spot.
Only one goal was needed to make the difference for Arua Hill as they faced Tooro United in the playoffs encounter at FUFA Technical Center in Njeru. Not the same can be said for Proline FC as they missed out on a chance to return to top-flight football.
25 minutes was enough time for the boys from the Rwenzori group to secure a win through Rashid Kawawa. Unfortunately, opponents Tooro United ended the game with one man less due to the ejection of Patrick Serunjogi.
First-timers Gaddafi FC made no mistake collapsing Proline FC’s dreams of returning to the premier league after 2 sweet strikes from Steven Munguchi and Frank Mulimi.
