StarTimes Uganda Premier League clubs received a total of 527m UGX to share 33m UGX each as fund allocated to help remedy the issues clubs face during the COVID-19 Pandemic says the league website SUPL
The secretariat received 52m UGX and Bainamani said, “It’s a big relief to the secretariat and we shall use it for a few salaries and other outstanding overhead costs.”
The League was concluded after playing 25 fixtures due to the novel pandemic. The upcoming season is scheduled for October 2020.
