Steven Desse Mukwala the league top scorer with 9 goals has been a darling to watch not only for the fans but also his opponents and technical coaching staff as well. They know him across the country as a goal poacher.
The former Vipers SC target man became surplus to requirement when Vipers SC signed Congolese dangerman Ceasor Manzoki from As Vita, Mukwala decided to look for new pastures elsewhere and coach Sam Ssimbwa assured him of playing time at URA FC. Before Coronavirus hit the globe, Desse Mukwala had bagged 13 goals to his name last season and the league was suspended until FUFA decided to cancel the league meaning he became 2019/2020 League top scorer with relegated Prison’s side Maroons Fc.
Desse Mukwala has a huge UPL experience having played for Vipers SC, Maroons FC and now URA FC at Top flight football competition.
He’s surrounded with many pass masters at URA FC the likes of Joackim Ojera, Oben Chan, Shafic Kagimu Kuchi his Captain and was with Saudi Kyeyune who left for new pastures with Sudan side Al-Merrikeh Omdurman.
