Uganda Cranes face Malawi away in a tricky encounter that they must win in order to qualify.
Uganda cranes played to a goalless draw at home against Burkina Faso at St Marys Stadium Kitende in Entebbe City and Malawi snubbed a one-nil win against stubborn South Sudan. Malawi host Uganda Cranes in the capital Lilongwe while Burkina Faso host South Sudan.
Both games are to be played at the same time to avoid match-fixing practices that are very common in African games. Every team must do their business to avoid shocks or else miss out on AFCON finals 2022 in Cameroon.
Burkina Faso is leading Group B with 9 points, Uganda with 8, Malawi with 7 and South Sudan is at the bottom of the table with 3points. Meaning Burkina Faso must do good business to win in order to top Group B. Uganda and Malawi have to settle differences and get positive results or else one team loses out on AFCON finals.
