AFCON 2021: Neighbours Egypt And Sudan Linedup In Group D

Egypt will battle it out with neighbours to the south, Sudan in Group D alongside Nigeria, and Guinea-Bissau.

The African Cup Of Nations is scheduled to be hosted by Cameroon in 2022 beginning with group stage games between January 9th and 20th, round of 16 between January 23rd and 26th, quarter-finals January 29th and 30th, semi-final February 2nd and 3rd, and the finals on February 6th.

The draws held in Yaounde on the evening of Tuesday 17th, 2021, saw north African giants pitted in Group D together with three-time African champions Nigeria.

Host Cameroon also learnt their fate in Group A with Burkina Faso, Ethiopia, and Cape Verde.
