Rwita Flavia Kanyesigye joins National Volleyball League champions Nkumba University Volleyball club.
In a statement on the club’s Facebook page, Rwita Flavia Kanyesigye was announced as the latest signing for Nkumba VC from Mbarara University of Science and Technology.
Defending champions Nkumba VC have in this transfer window, Eunice Nuwabigaba to KAVC, Gracious Kushemererwe to Ndejje University, Shadia Wanyeze to Ndejje University, Habiba Namala to RRA and most likely Doreen Akiteng will head out to Sport-S.
The club has so only brought in one player, Rwita Flavia Kanyesigye to replace Habiba Namala who departed to Rwanda Revenue Authority RRA VC. The signing will play the role of receiver-attacker on a 30-months contract with the club.
Opponents Espoir VC and KAVC have signed the most players this transfer window meaning the defending champions will have to re-organise the team well inorder to defend the title.
