Derrick Ndahiro and Muhammed Ssenoga were on target for SC Villa who completed a double against struggling MYDA FC who have only one League win in 16 games.
Ndahiro scored his 3rd of the season and the Jogoos who limped to a slender 1-0 victory over hosts earlier in the season took the lead inside 5 minutes through Ssenoga who pounced at the far post following a goalmouth struggle.
Despite falling behind, MYDA FC saw more dominance on the ball throughout the opening 30 minutes but couldn’t convert their chances.
Before half time MYDA FC got a chance through a spot-kick but couldn’t convert it. Hosts lost their 12th game of the season and have 6 points from 16 games.
Amos Kirya scored for the home side in the 76th minute after Ndahiro had made it two in the 47th minute immediately after the breakthrough in Kabonge’s well-worked assist.
Both teams prepare for the upcoming Uganda cup games, MYDA FC plays Proline FC as SC Villa visit Big League side Ndejje University FC at Visions of Arena in Luwero.
