Uganda men’s national volleyball team, the Volleyball Cranes today set off to Kigali, Rwanda to take part in the African Nations Volleyball Championship.
After over three weeks of preparation, The Volleyball Cranes are ready to set off to Kigali, Rwanda for the African Nations Volleyball Championship. The championship is scheduled to take place in phases from September 5th to 20th.
The 1st phase will start from September 5th to 16th with the men’s category and September 10th to 20th with the women’s category.
July 21st at a press conference staged at the offices of the Uganda Volleyball Federation, the federation announced the new head coach, technical team, and a list of Volleyball Cranes players to head into training camp.
After 3 weeks in camp, 14 players were selected and announces at another press conference at Old Kampala Arena. The selected players will represent the nation at the continental championship.
